Plan your stay

There is no registration fee to attend The Assembly. One North will cover transfers to/from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) or Portland International Jetport (PWM) as well as the Cliff House Maine Resort Fee. Attendees are responsible for paying for all other travel expenses, including airfare and hotel stay.

Once your flights are booked, please reach out to the One North Marketing team (marketing@onenorth.com) with your flight information, so we can arrange for your transfers.

Reservations

One North has secured an exclusive discounted room rate of $469 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees) for attendees of The Assembly. This rate is available up to 3 days prior to and following the event (subject to availability).

Rooms will fill up fast—we highly encourage you to book your stay as early as possible. Attendees can take advantage of our special room rates through Thursday, April 10th.

Dress Code

Coastal Casual: Embrace a relaxed, yet polished, look for both our sessions and social events. You can opt for collared shirts, blouses, weather-appropriate dresses, or casual dress pants. We encourage you to dress in harmony with the weather and location. It will get chilly at night, so bring a light jacket.

Accommodations

We want to make this a memorable and inclusive experience for all of our guests. When registering, please note any dietary restrictions or accessibility requirements we should be mindful of when hosting you at The Assembly.

Guests

If you're planning to bring a guest with you to enjoy the amazing Cliff House Maine, they are welcome to join us for any of our networking events—The Maine Experience Opening Reception, the Taste of Maine Dinner Party, or for breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday. Please give us a heads-up if you plan on having anyone tag along for any of these events when registering, so we can accommodate them.
